自幼擁有陰陽眼的黃永發(fā)（張家輝 飾）時(shí)常幫人驅(qū)魔除靈，童年的遭遇讓他多年來始終和女鬼江雪（郭采潔 飾）相守度日，雙方情同母子又有如情侶。在某次和哥們兒阿聰（張繼聰 飾）驅(qū)魔時(shí)，阿發(fā)遭遇了一個(gè)身形高大的惡鬼。這次驅(qū)魔的視頻上傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)，引起某媒體的關(guān)注，于是女記者紫寧（蔡思貝 飾）被派來采訪阿發(fā)。雖然遭到阿發(fā)的拒絕，可是紫寧還是嘗試各種方法見鬼，因此著實(shí)吃了不少的苦頭。在此期間，江湖上接連有法師遭到殺害，阿發(fā)覺察到這一切都與此前遇到的惡鬼有關(guān)?！ ∷麌L試著解開惡鬼傷人之謎，由此將自己和身邊的人置于莫大的危險(xiǎn)之中……
